Diego Us

CBWS Ranger

Diego Us is an energetic and disciplined professional serving as a Park Ranger for the Corozal Bay Wildlife Sanctuary (CBWS). A resident of Sarteneja Village, Diego’s career is rooted in a lifelong connection to the sea. From a young age, he gained critical field experience in marine resource management, working within the conch and lobster industries to understand the vital importance of sustainable harvesting and ecosystem health.

Diego pairs this technical maritime background with a strong foundation in Client Relations and Operations, having spent years honing his communication and problem-solving skills within the BPO industry. This unique combination allows him to bridge the gap between environmental enforcement and community engagement, ensuring that conservation goals are met through both surveillance and stakeholder collaboration.
