Born and raised in Santa Familia Village, Gamaliel Tun developed a deep love and respect for nature from an early age. Surrounded by Belize’s rich natural beauty, he grew passionate about the sea, wildlife, and conservation. Whether swimming, fishing, or exploring the outdoors, nature has always been a meaningful part of his life and purpose.

Today, as a Park Ranger with SACD at the Corozal Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, Gamaliel is committed to protecting Belize’s wildlife and natural ecosystems for future generations. Through dedication, hard work, and a strong passion for conservation, he continues to inspire others to appreciate, respect, and care for the environment that connects us all.
