SACD takes this opportunity to congratulate the MCCAP project for the great initiative to provide the opportunity for community members to benefit from skills development opportunities. It was indeed satisfactory and exciting to presence this Saturday, 12 August 2017 the Graduation Ceremony of the food preparation cohort and the cosmetology cohort.
